1. From April 16th to April 29th, 2026, customers who pre-order the X300 Ultra from designated vivo distributors will receive the following gifts and exclusive redemption offers after vivo issues a "Successful Redemption Confirmation Email":

2. The above offers are only valid during the pre-order period and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. All pre-order customers must complete the pre-order gift form (https://forms.gle/ekVDF7Q4ahufawXY7) immediately after paying the deposit and successfully register on the extended warranty and screen breakage protection form (https://forms.gle/u63pDSuteygzSz3BA) before June 15, 2026, to be eligible to receive the gift.
3. The X300 Ultra pre-order gifts can be redeemed as follows:

Customers who pre-order the X300 Ultra at designated dealers must pay a minimum deposit of $200 on the spot. A maximum additional discount of HK$200 will be applied when purchasing the device.
Gift 2. vivo Watch GT (Suggested Retail Price $999):
Successful registrants can redeem this gift by presenting their official purchase receipt at the vivo Hong Kong Customer Service Center after receiving their X300 Ultra and verifying simple information.

4. How to Redeem vivo ZEISS Telephoto Extender Gen 2 Ultra and vivo Imaging Grip Kit: Successful registrants will receive a "Confirmation of Redemption" email from vivo. After receiving the X300 Ultra, present your official purchase receipt at the vivo Hong Kong Customer Service Center to verify some information and redeem this gift for HK$1,888.

5. Please note the following before redeeming your vivo Watch GT, vivo ZEISS Telephoto Extender Gen 2 Ultra and vivo Imaging Grip Kit set:
i) After receiving the product, please bring your original receipt (clearly showing the phone's IMEI or serial number) to the Gift Centre for redemption.
ii) Please ensure your transaction is complete and you have collected the device before redeeming; otherwise, your redemption request will not be accepted.
iii) You will need to provide your name and contact number for verification when redeeming.
iv) The deadline for gift redemption is 7:00 PM on July 15, 2026. Please complete the redemption within the deadline; otherwise, it will be considered an automatic forfeiture.
6. X300 How to claim the Ultra pre-order gift "Extended 12-month original manufacturer warranty and 12-month screen breakage protection": Successfully register the form before the deadline. Registration is confirmed by receiving an email from vivo on or before July 30, 2026.

9. The color of the vivo Watch GT gift will be randomly selected.
10. This pre-order offer cannot be combined with other offers. All gifts cannot be redeemed for cash or other products.
11. This pre-order offer is applicable to designated partner dealers in Hong Kong.
12. Customers are responsible for or may voluntarily provide the required information on the registration form. Failure to provide this information may result in the registration being considered invalid.
13. By participating in the gift registration, customers agree that any personal data provided during the registration will be collected, used, and retained by vivo HK for the following purposes:
i) Verifying customer identity and eligibility;ii) Matters related to gift redemption and purposes directly related to the gift registration.
Such personal data will be kept strictly confidential. vivo HK will not use the customer's personal data for any other purpose without the customer's consent. The user will collect and use the customer's personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
