[X300 Ultra Gift: 12-Month Screen Protection Service] Terms and Conditions
This service is provided by Global Anyi Holdings Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "vivo HK"). If a user pre-orders an X300 Ultra through an officially designated dealer and successfully registers for the extended warranty form (https://forms.gle/u63pDSuteygzSz3BA) and receives a confirmation email on or before June 15, 2026, they will receive the X300 Ultra pre-order gift: 12-month screen protection service (hereinafter referred to as "X300 Ultra Screen Protection"), signifying their agreement to these terms of service. The following is the scope and explanation of this protection service:
1. This complimentary "X300 Ultra Screen Protection" service is only applicable to Hong Kong genuine products purchased during the X300 Ultra promotional period, and eligibility is contingent upon successful registration of the extended warranty form and receipt of a confirmation email. The "X300 Ultra Screen Protection" service is only applicable in Hong Kong.
2. Customers must provide a clear photo of their purchase receipt when registering online. Successful registration is indicated by receiving an email notification for "X300 Ultra Screen Protection". The "X300 Ultra Screen Protection" service included with each X300 Ultra (i.e., each IMEI) provides one free screen repair or replacement within one year from the purchase date (as shown on the purchase receipt)*.
3. Customers must complete online registration before June 15, 2025. Late registrations will not be accepted. Please keep the confirmation email safe. The company will not be responsible if it is claimed by someone else. If the email cannot be presented, the service center reserves the right to refuse product return.
4. The "X300 Ultra Screen Protection" service will terminate when (1) the customer has completed one claim for accidental damage to the X300 Ultra screen and the screen has been repaired or replaced; or (2) one year has elapsed from the purchase date, whichever occurs first.
5. The "X300 Ultra Screen Protection" only covers one free replacement of the original factory screen when the phone screen is cracked. For damage or loss of other non-screen components of the main unit, the user is responsible for all related costs. This service cannot be used until the problem affecting screen installation or normal phone use is resolved. Replaced parts are non-refundable.
6. The "X300 Ultra Screen Protection" service will be voided under any of the following circumstances, and the free replacement of the original factory screen when the screen is cracked will no longer be provided.
A. Expired from the "X300 Ultra Screen Breakage Protection" period;
B. Loss or damage caused by intentional acts;C. Unauthorized disassembly (including but not limited to damage or unauthorized replacement of tamper-evident tags), sending the phone to a repair shop other than the official vivo Hong Kong customer service center for repair, or modification of the phone's identity information (including hardware or system software modifications);
D. Hardware or software damage caused by the consumer's own disassembly, assembly, or repair;
E. System/software issues such as unauthorized flashing, upgrades, or software infections causing the phone's identification code to be modified or unrecognizable;
F. Missing, damaged, or altered IMEI/SN of the main unit, making it impossible to determine whether it belongs to a covered product;
G. Malfunctions and damaged components caused by using digital accessories that have not undergone mandatory 3C certification;
H. Hardware or software damage caused by failure to use, maintain, or care for the product according to the instruction manual;
I. Unresolved damage or missing non-screen components that affect screen installation or pose significant safety hazards;
J. Unresolved damage or loss of other non-screen components, rendering the phone unusable and rendering the entire device unusable;
K. Phones deemed lost or stolen;
L. Costs incurred for repairs at non-official vivo customer service centers;
M. Costs incurred for repairs at non-official vivo customer service centers;
N. Losses due to reduced value after repair;
O. Faults or damage caused by force majeure events such as war, hostilities, military action, armed conflict, strikes, riots, civil unrest, terrorist activities, and natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, fires, tsunamis, radioactive contamination, lightning strikes).
7. For phones with power-on or password settings, please remove the password or inform us before providing service. If a password lock prevents us from diagnosing the fault, we reserve the right to refuse service and will not bear any responsibility. This service will use original factory parts. Please back up your personal data before repair, and delete sensitive or important data to avoid data loss during repair.
8. The "X300 Ultra Screen Protection" will terminate immediately under any of the following circumstances:
A. The expiration date of the screen protection as stipulated in these Terms of Service has arrived; or one screen protection repair has been performed within the service period.
B. As determined by vivo Hong Kong Customer Service Center, your product has been repaired at a non-official vivo customer service center, constituting unauthorized disassembly or repair.
C. If it is discovered that the user intentionally damaged the product for fraudulent purposes, the screen protection provided under this agreement will terminate immediately, and the company reserves the right to pursue legal action.
9. Customers must retrieve their product within three months of the notified pickup date at the company's service center. Otherwise, the company will not be responsible for any damage or loss of the product. If the customer fails to retrieve the product within six months, the company has the right to dispose of the product without prior notice and without any compensation.
10. Any changes to the above terms will be made without prior notice.
11. In case of any dispute, vivo HK reserves the right of final decision.
